Diversions

My on-the-job stress of 2025 was astronomical. The new boss (one of the sources of the stress) decided it was easier to terminate my position than to help me. I am not sad to be out of THAT situation, but job hunting is a whole'nother kind of stress. Opportunities in my areas of expertise are not plentiful. This past week or so I've needed a diversion from the downward spiral in my head, so I've been building a little corner of a D&D flavored fictional world I've enjoyed reading about. It started with "Legends & Lattes", by Travis Baldree. Spoiler - Viv (an orc) and Tandri (a succubus) fall for eachother. There is a WHOLE lot more to the story, so go ahead and read it still!

Anyhoo... DAZ is a 3D modeling software that I've been collecting freebies for in bits & pieces for a long while now, and I have found some community 3D sites that have some free objects also. So I've pieced together their new coffee shop. So far they are the only people, but I'm happy with the overall look of the place and decided to share a first look here. Not photos, but art nonetheless. I hope you like.
